They never have delivery drivers even though they offer the service. They leave you waiting for your food rather than informing you immediately they do not have a delivery service.

No ice, bread hard as a rock on the bottom. Asked, and was not given a suitable alternative or fix (batch was all overcooked I'm told). Other employee has young child in kitchen. Do better!!!

Everytime I give this place a try I find myself disappointed. It's the only sandwich shop that is consistently inconsistent. The reason I recently had given mutliple trys was because back in college I used to go to Jimmy John's consistently since they were a good value at the time. Now I can confidently say they have no value. Not in the taste, not in the service, and certainly not in the relative price to their competitors.I urge you to steer away and go to Jersey mikes as they are superior in taste, value, and service. The sad thing is it isn't even close.

Atmosphere is Jimmy John’s, I mean, freaky fast, freaky good, am-a-right? So we stopped by for quick good food and they delivered, well kind of we picked up since we were looking for quick food on the way home from a long drive. But in all seriousness, check out the bathroom, the wall art gave me a good chuckle ?.Vegetarian options: They have a few veggie options on the menu or if something sounds good you can also opt out of the meat and sub it with something else.Kid-friendliness: I don’t have kids, but sandwiches & chips seem kid friendly to me.Parking: Just a big free lot, easy to park atDietary restrictions: They have an ‘unwhich’ if you are gluten free and can’t have bread. This is a lettuce wrap instead.
This location has a habit of closing way before closing time. 8:30pm they close the store for cleanup ?Features: My favorite is the country club, I get it everytime

These 3 slices of ham is INSULTING. The cost of this sandwich is $8 and change. I ordered extra cheese I was charged $4 for the extra cheese! HALF of what this WEAK sandwich costs. I used to frequent Jimmy Johns DAILY!!! NO MORE! I can't taste the ham at all. If you were trying to run me off! YOU WON!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the worst customer service. My husband ordered a sandwich for me and my daughter and they were incorrect. I called and told them I was coming back with the sandwiches and I wanted my money back. He said the GM was not there and the sandwiches could only be remade. Two weeks ago I was there getting lunch for my daughter and I, and they only put mayo on her bread. No turkey or cheese! Mind blowing right???? DO NOT ORDER from this location!!!!!

Had an online order as soon as I arrived ordered wasn’t ready. Made the order when I arrived took 20 min oh and our order was all wrong they were out of sweet tea. Worst experience. It was obvious job wasn’t taken seriously. Definitely won’t go back!!
