Husband & I went to the Prarieville location. We had banana splits. There wasn’t even a whole banana . We got six small pieces is banana, three half scoops of ice cream. They barely put any syrup or cool whip. It was so chinsey it’s a disgrace what the serving size is for the price. The kids working were more worried about playing than working. All the tables were dirty and there was no one in the place. We will not go back. Very disgusted

Was super crowed and it was a cold night. We decided not to go in and use the drive thru. They were out of spinkle cones so we made some modifications with our order. The ice cream was good however my Amaretto ice cream did not taste like Amaretto. It tasted like normal vanilla. Was a pleasant experience.

Imma give it 5 start cuz i come here 2-3 times a week and get 2-3 shakes everytime.. ? just little speed, took 6 minutes to make 2 small and 1 kid ice creams ? but it was all good tho..

They were super busy. Very nice. I do not know if management was in there. It seemed that not everyone knew the order or how to work with so many behind the counter. They were trying to help everyone.

Entered store last Saturday with approximately 6 employees and was not greeted. There were maybe 2 customers in the store, not sure about the drive thru. I waited, nobody said hold on, etc. After about 5 minutes I left and went to Baskin Robbins. Also, one young lady was mixing ice cream with no gloves!
Not sure who the guy is that is normally in the drive thru, but he provides good customer service.

This our favorite icecream place to go to for me & my boyfriend, we love it a lot, but the last 3 times we being there it hasn’t really been the same quality, I hope this can help them improve on it, we still love it tho❤️

LOVE this place. They have the BEST ice cream and cookies (all american cookies also at this location.) Staff is very friendly and the pecan supreme cookies and snickerdoodle ice cream is the BEST!

Horrible service...my boyfriend tried to buy ice cream at the Prairieville location and the girl behind the counter said the flavor he wanted was “too hard” to scoop. She refused to scoop it, or come up with another solution. He left without anything because of the service. This happened on Nov 11th at approximately 7:40, so if anyone in management is concerned with reviews, maybe check with your evening shift worker to see why business is down when she works.This location has terrible service, but the Bluebonnet location is great!
