I went this morning to get breakfast and there was a hair in my food like in there like omg. They always takes forever anyways to answer but this is very unacceptable and disturbing and I've worked fast food often totally ruin my day ?

Workers always extremely friendly and helpful. Food has consistently been correct & fresh! Also, something rare happens here....they actually add the extra oero to your ice cream when you ask for extra! My blast was full all the way throughout both times. Today, they even added an easter egg to the bag with stickers inside, my son enjoyed that :) I thought that was super thoughtful of them. Very happy with this location!

The normally reliable local sonic has been taking an extremely long time to get very simple orders out. This is during extremely calm mornings and shouldn’t be happening.I see people constantly running around inside but nobody’s orders come out. What’s going on in there??

I ordered Onion rings large, 2 orders and tea. Tea was good. The onion rings over cooked very rock hard unable to eat. Took forever to take the order and longer to get it. They didn't seem very busy at all. Waste of money to eat here I have not been in over a year and now I remember why. One of the worst Sonics I ever ate at. A lot of the others out of town are very good but not this one and never has been also it even got worse. You can tell really that they don’t care there just from the way they take forever to even take your order are bring it.

Ordered ice cream cups for 4 kids. Cups had one swirl of ice cream at the bottom and less than 1/4 full. When I asked for more ice cream the manager refused, was very ugly about the situation, and had an attitude! Will not return! Horrible customer service!

I have found out something about that location in a few of the other locations.... This sonic needs to just close down, the service sucks, I was there for over 35 minutes and no one responded to the red button and I was looked down on by the car hop..... And the sad thing was there was really no need for the long wait time for there was very few people outside waiting......The inside of a restaurant is not kept up I have seen pictures of rotten food in the freezers and many other nasty things so I will not be doing business with Sonic any longer until somebody is put in charge I can do a better job
