As the waiting times can be unpredictable and usually very long, i was happy to learn online ordering is available. You can only order up to 1 hour in advance. So i did. Absolutely nothing was prepared at the scheduled pick up time and i waited inside for another 25 minutes only to see what were probably part of my order disappear through the pick up window. It was not until i stood at the counter and remained there that my order was finally prepared. The chicken was good and ultimately the staff friendly. Hence 2 stars and not 0. Will cook myself next time. Quicker.

I've ordered on the app SEVERAL times hoping that my meal would be prepared when I get there. Unfortunately it never is & Im always asked to pull up while others are served before me. I often have missing items such as dips or ketchup. Food is sometimes good but last time I went I could tell that my chicken tinders were cut in half and very small. I always have much better luck at the Houma and Thibodaux location.

The restroom needs a thorough cleaning.The rest of the restaurant was acceptable, but there were no napkins or cup lids.Service was prompt and polite, but the red beans tasted old.

This establishment closes at 11pm. I get off sometimes at 7, they always have an excuse and never have food. It's ridiculous.

Food was delicious except the red beans....they used to be my favorite and now it's like they are watered down. Was disappointed in the beans but the chicken was delicious

Went thru drive thru and didn't Have half of what we wanted then got to the window and had our order all wrong. Won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I have tried this location 3 times and they have managed to get my order wrong all three times. I have also had to deal with rude/arrogant workers all three times. I don't check my bag when I leave the window and I never complain so I don't understand the employees attitude, but I'm experiencing this at many different places now. Welcome to the south. It's just sad.

It's such a shame when servers seem miserable. Wow, they don't look make eye contact at all. Not one of them ever smiled. If u ask a question, they do not even look at you when they mumble an answer. However, they can yell at each other so that the entire dining room can hear. The ice machine has water all over the floor. This is not the only popeyes like this. They are always out of something. They talk about and laugh at customers. A sad way to conduct business. Popeyes, it time to step your game, pay your employees, and train them.

The food was hot off the grill, and the service was bright and cheerful as always. The cook preparer as requested. Hash browns light, pock chops season and not over cooked as so not dry out the chops. I've been eating there a lot since our home burnt down and I've always been very pleased with the service and the price can't be beat.
