I went in with my 4 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones in line (they were not busy). I ordered her a pizza and an icee. The icee lid was not put on right and it popped off spilling on me and her. Then, when we got home and opened the pizza, it was burnt and could not be eaten. To make things worse, I filled out the complaint form on the Subway site. The young girl has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a restaurant setting, not to mention she cut herself and kept assembling my sandwich with visible blood on her hand. Needs better management imo.

When I walked in there were 2 workers sitting at a table playing on their phones. Neither one of them came to serve me. Poor dude in the back stopped doing what he was supposed to be doing to make my sandwich. The 2 workers waited a good 15 seconds before attempting to get up. Need new employees! More loyal employees!
