I went in with my 4 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones in line (they were not busy). I ordered her a pizza and an icee. The icee lid was not put on right and it popped off spilling on me and her. Then, when we got home and opened the pizza, it was burnt and could not be eaten. To make things worse, I filled out the complaint form on the Subway site. The owner sent me a copy / paste form letter that did not even address my issue accurately nor did it even offer to make anything right. Just an apology and using this as a learning experience for his staff.Horrible service and food quality and an equally horrible response from the owner. I will never spend another penny at this location.

The young girl has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a restaurant setting, not to mention she cut herself and kept assembling my sandwich with visible blood on her hand. Needs better management imo.

When I walked in there were 2 workers sitting at a table playing on their phones. Neither one of them came to serve me. Poor dude in the back stopped doing what he was supposed to be doing to make my sandwich. The 2 workers waited a good 15 seconds before attempting to get up. Need new employees! More loyal employees!
I never had a Walmart in California, they do now though. When I moved to Mathews after Katrina, there was a small one. We were on a tight budget and it helped. I'm not a fan of big box stores. I do like the one with the bulls eye, but that's 25 minutes away. Everything is 25 minutes or more away. So this is my Walmart, my only anykind of mart choice for miles around. They built a big shiny one about 5 years ago and my eldest worked here temporarily to help set the store prior to the Grand Opening. It has a little of everything and downsized departments, only to bring them back later. I like the Thibodaux location for it's art supply variety, but my Walmart usually has what I need in a pinch. They have expanded their inventory to include more hispanic choices of food products and I like that, a lot! There's a redbox...I use it. According to friends who live waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down da bayou, they drive up to this location rather than the one in Galianno....I suppose that says something about it. There's a Subway, a beauty shop and an eye doctor inside, but no pretzels, micky D's, or banks like I've seen at other ones. It's mine, Yay! I'm a fan.

Nice little Wal-mart in Raceland. I came by to check out their ammo selection and use their restroom while I was on my way to Galliano. No long lines, no huge crowds, and they actually sell guns here! It's your typical Wal-mart but without the crowds and dirty feeling you get when you shop at Wal-mart. What more is there to say?
