“I came to the drive thru to order some cookies & was greeted at the window by the most sweetest person, Joseph. He told he was going to make me some fresh cookies and asked me to pull up. He came out & gave me an update on my wait time. Then when he came back with my cookies he told me they would be the freshest I ever had, indeed they were. Joseph is the definition of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise PLEASE!“
“Your experience may vary but mine was great. It was my first time ordering using the app so I was a little confused on exactly how to get the food once I arrived (hint just get in the drive-thru). After the staff noticed me waiting and pulling to different locations in the lot during what looked like an especially busy shift a young man with a great smile unlocked the door to the dining area and motioned me in. Inside I was met with warm smiles and unwarranted apologies. The order which had been ready by then for some time was still hot and delicious. The manager on duty even threw in some free fries and chicken strips for the hungry kiddos that were with me. Thank you Popeyes!“

“We received a flyer in the mail and since we hadn't been there as yet decided to give it a try. It's just a small place in a jiffymart in the middle of no where. It's very clean and neat, the staff is very helpful and eager to help you with your order. We wanted to try their livers and gizzards as the only ones we like are the ones we make, well we'll still be making ours but the effort and thoughtfulness of the lovely waitress goes well beyond the usual! She fried them up fresh for us and was just very kind, we'd like to thank her very much. We will be coming back and trying other items on the menu as this was one of those places that are just very nice and you want to return to.“

I am 100% satisfied with what I ordered and glad to have bought a bottle of their sauce to take home. Wings were fresh and crispy. “I always LOVE Raising Cane's, partly for nostalgia from my Baton Rouge days living in walking distance from the original, and partly because the Sauce!!!!! But I rarely come in to sit down. This time, they were doing a fundraiser for the local high school band, so it was a command appearance. ? Nevertheless, I was impressed that the customer service was just as good inside as it was through the window, and the food just as crazy good and fresh. I love it! ❤️“
