Your experience may vary but mine was great. It was my first time ordering using the app so I was a little confused on exactly how to get the food once I arrived (hint just get in the drive-thru). After the staff noticed me waiting and pulling to different locations in the lot during what looked like an especially busy shift a young man with a great smile unlocked the door to the dining area and motioned me in. They forgot my biscuit and let's face it Popeyes biscuits are awesome especially with honey! I love Popeyes and I'll be back but I hate having to check my box before I leave. :-(
