Had to wait quite a while in the preorder only line. My order was wrong. Was also given a sweet tea with no ice in it. Chicken tortilla soup (I have ordered before) had so many green onions in it that it looked like broccoli soup. Staff was not friendly.

Honestly I have multiple complaints. Food is mediocre. They messed up our order and made us wait in line for 30 minutes just to mess it up again. They are super slow. Not every McAllister's is like this just this one.

I went here last week and waited over an hour. They forgot my order. The nice waitress gave me a free brownie, but I was not the only order forgotten. I would not recommend going if you are in a hurry!

They waited 1 hour to tell us they didn't have what I ordered stocked. Sure, I get you get busy but really...a whole hour just to say they don't have and will never have my food.

The food here is awful, I love visiting my Alma mater and every time it seems I try to spend my money here I am left disappointed in the results. I do love the way the country potato soup feels on my testicles if cooled down enough. I highly would recommend this to any lonely college student trying my balls-to-soup dip.
