Food is pretty good, except when the toothpick in your sandwich is broken and you can't find the missing piece. Also this one girl there is rude to pretty much everyone. You'll quickly know who I'm talking about if you go.
The McAlister's at LA Tech in the POD has good food (when it's made correctly) but extremely slow service and bad attention to detail. They often mess up orders or lose them entirely. I'm writing this review to kill time while they make my food, because I ordered 40 minutes ago and just found out they lost my order and had to take it again. This isn't the first time this has happened and probably won't be the last.

Had to wait quite a while in the preorder only line. My order was wrong. Was also given a sweet tea with no ice in it. Chicken tortilla soup (I have ordered before) had so many green onions in it that it looked like broccoli soup. Staff was not friendly.
