Absolutely horrible i wouldnt even give this to my dog! I would not give it even 1 star. I tried calling manager to get a refund bc all of our food was old and the grease they use hadnt been changed. Ive workes in the food service industry for years and you guys need all new employees bc ive been 4 times since i came to visit my mom from florida and everytime it was garbage! My sonic back home in Florida put yall to.shame! You should be ashamed serving old burgers to customers. Ill be contacting coorprate.since i was hung up on by the managr. Peaches was the name on my receipt thats served the food to me. She was very nice so i wd give 4 stars for her. 0 stars overall.for the food. And i never leave bad reviews im not that person but this needs to be fixed asap!

Sorry, only 2 stars this time. Workers really need to keep their hair covered. It was unpleasant to bite into my burger and get 2 long strands of hair in my mouth. The hair was embedded in the lettuce. Yuck!

There’s floating chunks of nasty looking stuff in my ocean water, it also tasted terrible. Rude employees, this Sonic is often ran by high school kids who don’t care about the customer they just want a check. I’ll eat some where else.

This location has really gone down hill. I get it, I used to work fast food it's a miserable soul crushing job with no gratitude. But their attitude is little much that kinda leads to sorry. Ordered a cherry limeade and oreo blast, the blast was basically vanilla ice cream with oreos sprinkled on top and the limeade was just a TON of cherry syrup poured in. Not to mention the utter lack of working kiosk. I've ran into a few good employees, the rest have the attitude of here's order now get out. Management better step in soon or they may lose this location.

Bought a sandwich only chicken sandwich and a route 44 strawberry limeade. It came upto 8$ and some coins. I gave her a 20, she gave me back 2- 5$ bills asked me if I wanted my change, I was expecting 11 dollars and change. But she kept the $1 also. The order was delicious. Young people these days can't count cash back to you. This was the Ruston,LA store. Alot of their menu screens aren't working, I have seen this in AR,LA,TX.

I'm not sure where to start exactly here. The first visit 2 days ago...the outside parking order thing several of them I guess didn't work or they just didn't feel like working. So chose the drive through instead. The employees wasn't terrible but not good.Tonight (drive through) while trying to order our food the lady kept rushing us and basically asking 2 seconds "are you done now" basically after and sometime in the middle of ordering our food. Which wasn't much. Very rude and impatient and I guess nobody felt like working there today. None of our order was correct and some was missing. Ordered a diet cherry limeade and asked for extra cherries limes and add lemons. We didn't get any of those at all in our drinks...and to me that's what makes a cherry limeade. So I let the woman know and she gave us a tiny cup of limes and cherries. Again no lemons lol. By this time I was so frustrated with them I said heck it and went on. Seems to me they need training or a refresh in employees.
