My wife brought home some Firehouse blend packets about 5 years ago from an event you were catering to at the Baton Rouge Civic Center. When I say the Magic Swamp Dust Firehouse Blend is some of the best seasoning I've ever had, I mean it. I put it on everything. Will not ever buy Tony's again. Cheers from Northeast LA.
I was always afraid to try quail eggs but one day I was feeling adventurous and I saw these at the gas station near my home and I gathered the courage and I did it! I tried the bold quail eggs and let me tell ya…We buy at least 2 jars a week! I hate to admit how much I love food and I am a true believer that you must try it first before saying ya don’t like it! So #getusum…I promise you will thank me later!

Absolutely LOVE the swamp dust. I put it on just about everything. Not only is the seasoning good, Jimmy is also a nice man. Had some issues with an order, card was charged but for some reason the order didn't go through, and he was on top of it and made sure I was getting my order. I will always order my Cajun seasoning from him.
