I ordered online and was immediately called from a personal phone number from someone who did not state who they were, telling me they didn’t have what I ordered and that I needed to cancel my order online. She gave me no other solution. You cannot cancel your order on the app so I spoke with the district manager for the area and explained my experience. I do not recommend this place at all. The workers take way too long to take my orders. I felt targeted when everyone was just staring at me. It was not a welcoming experience at all. There was not much room and it was really cold inside. The last time I went there, I was very disgusted to find a roach that was alive on the counter. The next day, my dad contacted a health inspector and the next day the health inspector took care of the problem.

It's Auntie Anne's. My pretzels were made fresh & were hot. The only part of my order that was pre-made was the cinnamon nuggets. Store looked clean and service was friendly. The kids were sagging their pants down to their knees & the young lady was making my food in her pajamas, if that doesn't bother you than pretzels are good to go.
