If you're in a rush do NOT mistake this place for fast food. Not sure if they're understaffed or just lazy, but it takes at least 10 minutes between walking in and walking out with your order. Employees don't address you when you walk in and witnessed someone waiting to order the entire time I used their restroom. I love getting Dunkin for breakfast but this place forces me to go to Starbucks due to poor business efficiency

One person working. No one can come in the lobby. I was in line for 30 minutes and still did not get to order anything every 10 minutes they would take two orders the line was in the street. I had to get my son to school and myself to work I got their 40 minutes early and I still couldn't get my coffee absolutely ridiculous.

the customer service was HORRIBLE and UNEXCEPTABLE. i didn’t even get to get my food because they were being rude for no reason. they already were being rude and had an attitude as soon as i go to the speaker and then got mad bc i asked a simple yes or no question of what type of donuts they had.. I highly don’t recommend and that’s just that??♀️

Tried to order but the young woman kept over talking us, cutting us off and wouldn't let us get a word in, sounded distracted..came off extremely rude..no way was that type of energy making drinks that went into our bodies...pulled right off and went to CCs down ellerbe and was beyond satisfied, no wonder they were packed at CCs and Dunkin was a ghost town....

I enjoy the donuts and drinks, but there have been days where we've been told that "the baker didn't show up so we don't have donuts". That's weird seeing as you're a donut shop. Should most employees not be trained on that? I've never been to pizza hut and they said "Sorry our pizza maker didn't show up". At that point you may as well close the store for the day....
The prices have gotten ridiculous. $3 for a piece of bread.

Customer service is usually pretty nice and get my order correct about 80% of the time I guess it's better than 0% the food options are not the best hash browns are very soggy every time I've tried to get them extremely greasy

This location is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, they let us sit at the order section for 15 minutes before we had to say hello for someone to take our order, then waited another 30 minutes for 2 cars ahead of us that only ordered a coffee and small bags of food. Our food was cold and our drinks were watered down by the time they got it. No order and no urgency for customer experience. Don’t recommend this Dunkin. Go to youree.
