This is by far the best Dunkin in all of Shreveport/Bossier. My favorite drink is the seasonal Pink Velvet iced macchiato and there is this one girl who literally makes it perfect every time I come through. She is really short and wears a hoodie under her t-shirt but she is the nicest, most positive employee i’ve ever encountered anywhere. Nyia is my fav person she is so darn sweet and always welcomes me with a smile! And 90% of the time she is making my drink when I come in (I come at least twice a week if not more?) I just love her attitude she always puts a smile on my face! Service is wonderful, exceptionally clean. I would stop here any time! The staff is kind and pleasant. I went into every area, all wonderful experience. Had to say, this place is very deserving of high marks.
