We dined in at around 2 in the afternoon. The place was pretty empty with only a couple of other patrons. The food at the buffet was very fresh! The fried chicken was nicely seasoned, and the rolls were so so good!My only real issue was that both of the high chairs had broken straps and didn't snap so my daughter didn't want to stay seated in her chair.Also, the lady behind the counter was absolutely amazing and very sweet!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kid friendly buffet options like mac and cheese, tenders, and mashed potatoes.

Came in on Thursday 12/14/2023 about 5:35pm. I waited almost five minutes for someone to acknowledge me and ask me , how can I help you. No one said anything to me so I walked out. The cooked looked at me as well and seem to be a little confused on what was going on. I am a regular customer who was or use to be committed to Hartz chicken. I will never return and I plan to tell as many people as possible about my experience. Roy Foster

The food on the buffet was old and dried out. The workers would not help me. They were sitting eating. The workers did continually clean, but it didn't look clean. I don't know. I will try another location before I just give up on the chain totally.

I ordered a 16 PC bucket and it had way more wings than any thing else. Not impressed.

This place is Ok!It is not and will not be my first stop, Ever!I had a couple of flies trying to eat with me, and all, and I do mean all the tables were nasty, but he did come to clean them off when we asked. So I do give thumbs up to customer service.On the other hand, they need someone else to cook! the food was not good. the only thing I liked was the fish and Tenders. Even though they were cold. He told me that the meat wascold because the lamps were out. So I waited till a new batch came out and they were also cold.I wanted so bad to like the place but it does not live up to a "good food" restaurant.Just to put it simply...there is a Popeyes across the street.Not saying I won't go back, I'm just going to give it some time to catch up to the flavor train. Then I will go back and re-review.Those MEATBALLS ARE NASTY! THAT IS NOT HAMBURGER MEAT! Did you guys see the livers? HOW BLACK THEY WERE! I WON'T BE EATING THOSE! The MAC AND CHEESE was OK!This place reminded me of and tasted like Chicken Express, and Chicken Express was better.**********UP DATE*********10-05-23IT IS STILL THE SAME! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TENDERS WERE HOT.THE PLACE WAS ONLY FULL OF WORKERS. ITS IS JUST NOT GOOD!IT WAS A WAIST.My mom and dad told me they went and the chicken was so good. I said ok maybe they read reviews and fixed things. HELL NAW!It's good for old people (soft food) and kids. And workers who need to eat.Like I said before, Popeyes is cross the street and Southern Classic is up the street. This was the last time I will visit this place.I CAN'T BELIEVE I WANTED TO REVIEW THIS PLACE instead of eating Chinese!
