“Food was good. I got the buffalo bacon with double fries and a queso. It was great, I added queso and brisket to it. I will say they were skimpy with the bacon and brisket. But all in all it was great. My drink had to much ice though but I can't dock points because of that. Overall great experience!“
“This place is great!! My wife was turned onto Happy Belly’s by a friend/Church Member. We came here as a family a day or so later. We loved it great flavor choices. My wife loves the peach and the strawberry and watermelon flavors are great too!!!! Five stars“
“Nice location for outside happy hour. Good prices on drinks (happy hour and regular prices). My choice was the summer wine flight while my friends both enjoyed martinis and shots. I tried the scallops on the appetizer menu and was pleasantly surprised at how well done they were. The pesto was so good I would have bought a bottle of it home with me if I could.“

“My wife, a lifelong resident, has oft raved about Strawn's, and fondly opined about her mother's Love for their Strawberry pie(s). I had opportunity to provide 2 of them to our family gathering for Thanksgiving, and finally got to try a Strawn's pie. It was unequivocally the best I'd ever had, provoking a desire to try everything they present and offer. I got one of those 'holiday's calendars, that show every recognized and observed holiday in America. I'm going through it, choosing a list of holidays you newly observe, giving me reason by occasion to stop and get a Strawn's menu item to celebrate - at least once a month every month going forward.“
“The duck egg rolls were decent. Nice to have 3 sauces to Change the flavor. The table bread and whipped butter is delicious. The Brussels sprouts were a nice mix and enjoyed it. The veal was just ok. Way too salty and the potatoes, tomato, and veal all had the same mushy consistency. Really hard to taste the veal, it was just not thick enough to battle the rest. Was too full to try dessert. Wish I would have been here late enough instead of at 3pm cause the special wasn't even cooked yet. Would have rather that. Not a bad place, just got to choose wisely.“
“Group of old friends met for lunch. The food was terrific! Everyone (8 of us) totally enjoyed our choices. Our waitress, Stephanie, was great! And then, dessert! Several to pass around. I will definitely go back and take my husband next time!“
“This is our favorite Waffle House in the Shreveport area. Ashley and Darcy are the two best servers you can get. They always take such great care of us and are the two ladies that make that Waffle House our favorite one. They always remember our order and no matter how busy or crazy their day has been they always have a smile to greet you with. Thanks ladies.“
