They had no idea they both were calling but I was very impressed with the attention to detail. I loved the pride they both had in excellent service and although the product I ordered was no longer available they made sure they made it right. 5 stars for these awesome ladies !!!“
“Our family orders from here every Friday. It's been our thing for a while. One particular day they were super busy and left a few things off. This is something that never happens. Their deliveries are always spot on. I returned the food and asked them to remake our order. They did more than that! They remade our order and comped our food for the next Friday. The manager was patient and the workers didn't make it seem like I was a bother. They were friendly and very apologetic. Restaurants don't always get it right but it's how they respond when they don't that matters most. A big thank you to Sam (the manager) and her crew (Rico, Willie, Antonio). “The pizza delivery basically comes down to two main things: (prices being steady over most competitors) comes down to speed and quality of food. I would say speed is won overall by Pizza Hut, but like Papa Johns says " better ingredients" and they win that.“
