Do yourself a favor and just go to another location. This place used to be dependable but quality assurance is suffering terribly. Two weeks ago I placed an order through the mobile app. I went inside the restaurant the order never went through mind you the order was close to 50.00. So I waited there for 3hrs still the manager didn’t see my order. So I was told to contact hr within 72 hrs they would get back with me. Here it is 02/26/2024 and still no reach out. I oh I forgot to mention that because that order didn’t go through I placed the same order and paid for it. I just called the store and manager on duty said I have wait on hr because she not familiar with the situation now mind you again the supervisor who supposed to be aware of my situation is there also but refused to get on the phone. This is very unprofessional and this place is robbing people of their hard earned money.

On Friday night around 8pm and the last working the drive thru was extremely rude as hell and we asked for only chicken and she went off and I left. We will be calling corporate office in Monday morning.

I’m pretty sure my food was made yesterday and heated up. Everything I ordered tasted old…. My fries were cold and stale and unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I left the drive through and got to the nearest stop light. My chicken sandwich was sloppily made and the chicken had that “day old” taste to it. My sweet and spicy wings were definitely made yesterday. I’m confident they shouldn’t look or taste the way they do. I don’t normally come to this Popeyes and will definitely not be back again. Do not recommend.
Okay if you know me when in Louisiana I have to get Popeyes. This location was okay. The chicken wasn’t the best I’ve had in Louisiana, but great compared to where I live. The chicken was fresh just lacked that flavor I was expecting, and the mashed potatoes was GROSS . The service was fantastic, like phenomenal.
