It's the most inconsistent place ever. Tonight after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru they're out of chicken strips, gravy, and sweet tea. The mgnt. does NOT care about fixing the problem because it's a constant complaint I've made more than a few times for a couple of years now. I try to get a meal there but they can never fill the order. So, why even try anymore.

I live within 2.5 miles of this restaurant and I have been 3 times and all 3 times the chicken was cold, fries soggy and cold, biscuit hard as a rock, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were Luke warm. I can’t believe the food there cost money. They can’t pay me to eat there. I tried to get on the Popeyes website to complain but they didn’t give me a receipt with my order so I am unable to tell corporate how bad the problem is at the location. They need to fire everyone and start over with a new crew.

I will never eat at this spot. They took forever to prepare my meal and it was cold when I got it! I asked for a refund and gave me a number to call. Noone answered. Popeys corporate is a joke. I will dispute with my bank.

I never give bad stars cuz it hurts the business but this place need help. The poor lady with butterfly wing press on eyelashes was new and the lightskin lady was training her horribly. A line of people were just at the front and nonone helped. They just started leaving. She was flipping chicken and finding everything to do but take orders. The reason was she didn't know how. The lightskin fat lady only wanted to do drive thru. And the cook in the back only wanted to cook. The lil tiny black chick got there late and started taking orders like she was the boss. Give that lady a raise. The rest of yal should go get trained at another restaurant. Stuck in them country ways. It's a franchise not your past time familey business.

Food is sometimes decent sometimes awful, service is the worst, they never have bbq sauce, they don't take the correct order they can't find people to work and when they hire people they hire the worst that don't wanna work, they'll even give you an attitude while taking your order, very rarely do things go smoothly maybe 2/10 times, the lines always long cause they don't work so mostly people just leave.

Every time I come to this store they are out of something. Went by tonight at 8:30 pm to order wings and they responded they aren’t cooking anymore tonight. This is ridiculous they should have the full menu until close. Very bad management that allows the store to operate like this.

I went to the location on Youree Drive and the service was horrible. The woman at the window told me the “cook didn’t show up and I’m not doing all this work” which no work had been done. I called the order in and when I went to pick it up they had not even looked at it. The doors were locked so you had to go through the drive through and the drive through was broken so you had to sit in a long line to deal with the cranky lady at the window. I see no reason to ever go there again. If you want Popeyes, save yourself the headache and go to a different location. That is the third time I have had problems there.

They make a mess of every order I’ve ever made at this location. I understand a 15-20 minute wait, but if I order an 8 piece it’s because I needed 8 pieces, not 7. Now I only get 1 leg for lunch because I’m not going to let one of my kids be hungry. Counting to 8 is not that hard. I’m officially done with this joke of a Popeyes location. Just go up the road to KFC you will actually get what you order.
