It's the most inconsistent place ever. Tonight after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru they're out of chicken strips, gravy, and sweet tea. The mgnt. does NOT care about fixing the problem because it's a constant complaint I've made more than a few times for a couple of years now. I try to get a meal there but they can never fill the order. So, why even try anymore.
I live within 2.5 miles of this restaurant and I have been 3 times and all 3 times the chicken was cold, fries soggy and cold, biscuit hard as a rock, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were Luke warm. I can’t believe the food there cost money. They can’t pay me to eat there. I tried to get on the Popeyes website to complain but they didn’t give me a receipt with my order so I am unable to tell corporate how bad the problem is at the location.
