Shreveport experienced possibly the largest power outage ever, this Starbucks happened to be in one of the only areas that was up and running. There were cars going a quarter of a mile down the road for some sort of relief in this mess and these workers provided!They all were so kind and fast, they took all the hits and pain of customer service like champs. One of two best Starbucks in town. The service is always quick and the baristas are always super friendly. I haven’t had a bad coffee here yet. It’s one of the farther ones from my house, but it’s well worth the drive.
