I’m writing this with my cheek pressed against the cold tile of my bathroom floor, seeking comfort in my darkest hour. I ordered the cajun chicken pizza while waiting for my flight. Despite my hunger, I soon regretted my decision, as I started to feel ill on the plane with every burp tasting like bitter regret… or cross contamination. When I got home, I tossed and turned before I was able to expel the wrath of Lucifer. The aftermath of symptoms lasted a week, a testament to the culinary catastrophe. With only one person multitasking at the register, handling food, and managing cleaning duties, it's a health hazard waiting to happen. This place urgently requires investigation by Louisiana's health inspectors. My sympathy goes to the lone worker, but the public's safety should be the priority. Seriously avoid this place unless you’re buying something that’s coming prepackaged and sealed.

The central restaurant location in the airport has a small covered outdoor area. The food is pretty good for an airport.
This place is horrible management talks to the employees any kind of way

Lovely people with great attitudes.

Georgina is amazing! She made a long night seem so short. We had a three hour delay and she ensured we were well taken care of during our stay at Tailwind. I noticed the signs with employees of the month and I didn’t see Georgina’s name. I would love to nominate her because she truly made my time at the airport, with the consistent delays, more enjoyable!

Gina is by far the biggest asset to this establishment. She is fast, friendly and great under high stress/traffic situations. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I hardly cared because Gina was such a pleasure. The food is excellent as well.

I have come through the Shreveport airport a few times and have had the pleasure of Kristine waiting on me. It's usually in the morning and I appreciate her being so friendly and kind.

Amazing food and service. When waiting for my flight ✈️ they made me feel at ease and the shrimp playboy was mouth watering...

The coffee prices are ridiculous, $3.30 for black coffee, a dollar extra for americano, another extra dollar for a latte and add a dollar to anything iced. The lady was nice enough, but their menu is limited and service is snail pace, even early in the morning.

You don't have a ton of choices at the airport, but you could do worse than tailwind. The chicken salad was a bit dry though.
Nice People. Smoothies were really good
