It's a regular business good customer service fresh food if it's not fresh enough your able to ask them to drop it but most of the time it fresh and hot I had a great experienceParking: pines road it is about 4 or 5 mobile parking spots for you to park and order your food,pay and then come in or go threw the drive thru very fast and much better they offer free or low money perks in the app.

You cannot go wrong with this location. The staff is very pleasant and they have no problem replacing or fixing their screw-up which has only happened to me once. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of.

If I could give a zero stars I would. My kids door dashed them food for lunch. When it arrives they’re about to eat and pulls the fries out the bag and there’s literally hair in them. I called for the manager to tell me it’s impossible that he’s worked fry station and he’s bald. Most these fast food places need better management.

These mfs never want to do their job. Damn near every Wendy's stays open till 1 am and a couple of them stay open till 2 am. This one is supposed to stay open till 1. They always close before 12am. UPDATE YOUR DAMN STORE HOURS IF YOU DONT WANT CUSTOMERS PAST THEN. I wasted my time driving here and I can't get a refund because I placed a mobile order.

First off, I only gave it a 2 because my husband said his was ok. I ordered a Taco Salad. Now, the picture on the inside menu shows a beautiful big Taco Salad with fresh greens, sour cream, salsa and chips, NOT!!! I received a small plastic container of brown lettuce, tomatoes, and the cheese was…… I can’t even explain it. They put in a small chili(I love Wendy’s chili) and a packet of vinaigrette dressing(???). Needless to say, I didn’t eat the salad, but I did eat the chili. What is happening to our fast food restaurants? It seems like they don’t care!! This one didn’t look very clean(first sign) and the bathroom was so dark you could hardly see. I can say the employees seemed to be having a great time though.

There needs to be zero stars because this place deserves zeros. 4:38 pm October 29, 2023. Pull up after 24 hours of driving. Voice comes on the intercom-“we closed now, not taking orders”. WHY I ask? We short staffed. Do a turn around and see 3 folks in Wendy’s uniforms smoking cigs by the dumpster. WOW. Never again. Never an overpriced fast food garbage with a sliver of Hamburg. Where’s the beef?And where is the staffing?
