Tryed to order in the app to get the offered special. Again had to get help from the manager. With his help it took 30 minutes with trial and error to get the order placed. It was worth it to me because I really like the sandwiches here and also love getting the specials.

I ordered 2 for $6 fish sandwiches plain no sauce for my son's father.. Instead I received 2 fish sandwiches drenched in tartar sauce and wilted lettuce. The receipt had NO PHONE NUMBER. Attempting to find a phone number online, the numbers listed I found there are all disconnected.

Arby's in Slidell got their stuff on point. I placed an online order that wouldn't allow for pickup tonight. So a friendly employee "Ms. Revia"suggested to change the pickup time for the order to tomorrow at 10am and She would over ride it giving it to me tonight instead. Now that's EXCELLENT Customer Service right there!!!!Thank You Arby's ?

The place is good. But the sandwich is disappointing. In the picture there is fries and onions rings inside the sandwich and it the bread seems nice. The real sandwich has only brisket that tasts like turkey and barbecue sauce and a slice of cheese. The bread also is the quality of walmart value breads that coms as 6 for 1$.For 13$ the meal isn't worth it at all.
I ordered the Good Burger 2 Special, which tasted very good. The burger and curley fries were fresh and hot, and the shake was just right!! Definitely going back!
