Awesome experience today! The lady working the drive-through was a pleasure and the gentleman who brought out our food was very respectful. You don’t get this experience too often from a fast food restaurant but kudos to this crew!!
Idk how a beef n cheddar is cold when ya live 3 min from the restaurant. I wish ppl would show pride in their work. We eat your misery and it shows. I’m starting to not wanna eat out anymore cause it’s my hard earned money and it’s not edible anymore. I still love a good beef n cheddar when they are hot and fresh.

Arby's in Slidell got their stuff on point. I placed an online order that wouldn't allow for pickup tonight. So a friendly employee "Ms. Revia"suggested to change the pickup time for the order to tomorrow at 10am and She would over ride it giving it to me tonight instead. Now that's EXCELLENT Customer Service right there!!!!Thank You Arby's ?
