This place customer service is very disgusting, I came up here to order something to eat, this was around 12:17 that they stated they were close, even though they were supposed to stay open till 1 o’clock I give props to the gentleman that wanted to help me out, but he did not know how to take orders as he was trying to help me, I heard the manager yelling and cursing up a storm to the gentleman about not taking my order, she is a very DISGUSTING INDIVIDUAL!!! I recommend that no one goes to this location before 12 o’clock because that is when they start shutting everything down.

They need to close this location down at this point. Every time I go to this location it’s a problem with something and I’m not coming at the last minute like an inconsiderate person. They never get the simplest order right, who gets a chicken fry meal wrong. If I could do zero stars I would 1000%.

The sandwiches in the commercials for their Melts look great! So much so, that I went to get one from this location. This is what it says on their online menu:"Burger King's Classic Melt features two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties (2 oz each) for ¼ lb. of pre-cooked patty weight, melty American cheese, fire-roasted onions, and Stacker Sauce on two slices of toasted bread."It clearly states toasted. But, what I got was definitely not. Since it was not toasted, the bread was soaked and stuck to the paper. It was just not good at all. I also ordered their "Have-sies". I got an order of fries with one onion ring . I should know better than NOT to check my bag, but really?! I won't be going back to this location at all anymore.
This place was quick to get rid of Bridgette the Manager. She was better than all of them. She had all the Doors open right at 5:30 AM. Now they have all these 16 Year old Black Girls there in the morning. This morning it's 34 Degrees outside and at 6:00 AM the doors are locked. When they saw me walk up they all hid in the Back. I'm not making this up. They HIDE and hope you'll go away. This new "Woman General Manager" who came here was all Gung Ho, Rah, Rah. Clearly she's in over her head. Now the Place is nothing but a group of Black Children HIDING in the Back so they don't have to serve the Customers. BRING BACK BRIDGETTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was Completely Professional and the service was First Class

The service was very slow. I went through the drive through and had to wait to place my order. After paying, I pulled on the side and waited 9 minutes for my order to come out. This was at 10:35am.
