Always great food and service, I don't care for the way the drive through is set up to where if you want to pay cash they have to get a different person to take your payment. Not a big deal but it got a bit confusing because we had to wait for someone who could take cash to come.
I was in my big truck and they where only doing drive-thru. Brian came out the door and let me order online and brought me my food. I had just finished a 16 hour shift and really didn't want to eat McDonald's next door. This is the difference when eating at any chicfila. Greta staff here food is always fresh. Thx

On 4/9/2024, I went in to the restaurant for a carry out order. When I got to the pickup area, there was a (not so) gentleman in front of me berating an employee, Mary Cantrell (who I believe is a manager).
