Lagniappe in Springfield, Louisiana has an amazing and varied menu. The restaurant is a simple place with a spacious interior. Service from Rami was exceptionally friendly and engaging. I ordered the stuffed redfish (stuffed with crab) and my husband could not resist getting something called the "Cajun Seafood Potato." Both came with salads, sides and garlic bread. Our family of 18 ate here today which is Mother’s Day. We were setting in the patio area. It was very pleasant and we had a wonderful waitress. Everyone had a great time and the food was absolutely delicious.

I love this restaurant. My family and I had the best server. She worked the bar, made drinks and also took care of multiple tables. I had the pork ribeye. Absolutely the best I had ever tasted in any country. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. Casual dress, but it looks like it should be semi-formal. The prices are a little higher than normal but worth the dining experience.
