“I love this restaurant. My family and I had the best server. She worked the bar, made drinks and also took care of multiple tables. I had the pork ribeye. Absolutely the best I had ever tasted in any country. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. Casual dress, but it looks like it should be semi-formal. The prices are a little higher than normal but worth the dining experience.“

“Best pizza in Hammond that I've found, and I've had all of the popular ones. The owner is usually pretty accommodating, but the staff can be rather inflexible when he's not there, and will constrain themselves to only what the system allows. For example, you can get a half pepperoni and half sausage pizza, but you will be charged for 2 toppings, even when you only got 1 full topping. If this is fixed, I will happily make it 5 stars across the board.“

“Went inside to order Togo food. I ordered wrong & got seafood gumbo instead of etouiffe, but when I got home & ate the food (seafood gumbo, blackened alligator & fried alligator) I was very happy with what I ordered. It was magnificent! We're going back again very soon.“

“We went on a Thursday and my wife got the special. She said the chicken was dry but the sides were amazing. I got the Boudin Balls with pepper jack cheese. They were great. 10/10 We split an order of mini crawfish pies 8/10. The crawfish eggroll was ok. 7/10 but wouldn't get again. My daughter got the pulled pork poboy and it was 9/10. She enjoyed it.“

“About a mile east of downtown.Took 2 - 2024 SLU Graduates for post graduation meal. Place was great. Food was excellent along with the service. Was the only place on the open table app with a reservation spot. After eating we could not understand how this place is not packed like some of the other downtown restaurants in Hammond.Had steak bites and devil eggs for appetizers. Cajun dressing for salad was excellent along with the hot bread. We ordered the pork chop special, Gnocchi, and redfish for the meals. Dessert was the bread pudding. Had a couple of cold spots in the bread pudding like it was not heated up all the way but was still fantastic.Has a huge covered outdoor area with a water feature. Again do not understand how this place is not that busy on a graduation night.“

I strongly recommend lots of napkins because it's messy, which makes it perfect. The meat to vegetable ratio was perfect! The fries were cooked perfectly as well. The staff were friendly. “I have loved going here since I was a kid and it’s always been my favorite restaurant, the burgers are the best and are always my go to. I really liked the sesame seed buns and I think you should maybe make them an option. Otherwise the service is always good and the live music nights have always been my favorite part. I hope this restaurant stays open forever and is truly the best place to eat in the Hammond/Ponchatoula area.“
