“Wow, the food was great and the level of service was friendly and better than we could have ever expected. Patricia, Toni, Charlene and Sarah were amazing and definitely added to the experience. The place was clean the outside appearance doesn't look like much but, the inside was very well decorated and they obviously didn't spare any expense to make it top notch! We will be back!!!”

“Yesterday 3 -7-2026 we pick up a sack of live crawfish from Carlyss Boil & Go I must say the size of crawfish was well above average to say it’s early in the season. The customer service was AMAZING and the wait time was FAST. I am giving this place a 100% plus more. I will be back soon.”
