Went to this location at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Drove up and parked and pressed the button to order three times and waited 5 minutes. No one ever answered so I figured maybe that one was broken. Drove up to another parking place and same thing happened. Does anyone even work here. Not a good way to run a business. I’m from out of town so I left and had to go somewhere else. I will never stop here again

I ordered three blasts.. none of them were correct. They never blend ice cream, just throw candy on top (after I specified that I wanted mine well blended) I had to send ice cream back for corrections and they still weren’t right. Here recently it’s just been really bad.

I love the food from sonic but today when I went we wait 30 minutes for 3 things. When it usually only take 10 minutes at the most. When we went to get a refund the workers were very rude and shut the door on me.

I ordered from the app and was surprised that all of my changes to my food was followed perfectly! First time I have ever received my drink with the light ice I ordered and even no salt on my tater tots. I will definitely be going back for the amazing service.

Thanks to the crew working tonight; the drive-in was busy but they continued to provide service with a smile. Special shout out to carhop, Charley. She apologized for the delay - so sweet and a nice smile. Refreshing service after being on the road 10 hours (heading home to TX from GA.) (My check #279011).
