This Waffle House had exceptional service. The ladies waiting on us today were very nice and attentive. The food was salty and greasy to perfection. After a night at the Golden Nugget, this was jus what we needed! They even seemed excited when I ordered a slice of chocolate pie! It was good!

The only way to order is online which isn't really an issue but when I try to order a Texas chicken melt, I cannot customize the order other than if I want to add bacon.. please fix this waffle house. Or let me order over he phone.

Grits were cold and part of it was hard pieces in it but overall I met family so that made up for the cold and hard pieces in my grits

I have eaten at waffle House many times in my life.Last night I decided to get something nice a t-bone steak and eggs it is not on the menu.I was very disappointed I asked for a medium t-bone steak they gave me a we'll done T-bone steak as thin as a #2 pencil.
Second time here at Ruth st location and second time they can not soft scramble eggs. Both times I ordered 2 soft scrambled with mushrooms and ham in them, since they do not know how or no long make omelets. And both times they were wrong so I had them switch to over easy eggs with ham and tomato slices. I am on a special diet due to a health issue, so I always say not toast no potatoes at least today the waitress did not bring both. I know the cook put the food on the plate but when someone says no it means no no matter what the no is to.Dietary restrictions: Not good really if you are on a carb and sugar restriction diet go some where else or just stay home and cook for your self.
