Sad to say that a restaurant that serves seafood in the heart of South Louisiana serves shrimp fish and crawfish that are imported. I wanted the seafood and it was not easy ordering it because of that but that is the thing I was craving but I should have passed because it had no flavor at all. My wife ordered the shrimp Stew and it had a good taste to it. My girlfriend had the shrimp and oyster gumbo and it had no taste sad to say but I probably will not return to this restaurant again. Get some local seafood.

First time here and probably the last all the shrimp crawfish and fish are imported why I don't know you live in South Louisiana and you have to use imported seafood for your restrant. I had the seafood gumbo only because I wanted a what I thought would be a good gumbo but sadly it lacks flavor my wife had the shrimp Stew and that was seasoned very good.

This place is so not closed. I eat there once or twice a week. Best fried chicken anywhere. The onion rings are awesome. Like others say, the outside isn't too impressive, but give em a chance. You won't regret it. The seafood platter is very good as well. The service is awesome as well. Tell Miss Connie Brad sent you.

I see that its been flagged as closed but I had dinner there today. This place flies under the radar with everyone except the locals since it is always busy whenever I have been there. The seafood gumbo is really good. I had a cup for a starter and it was full of shrimp, crab and oysters. Fried frog legs were large and perfectly done, crispy and tender. Don't let the exterior fool you. For really well done local dishes and great service. Don't hesitate to stop in.
