I promise you....this is one of the worst places to wager a decent hot meal. This establisment is so sub par it's ridiculous. I called in an order thinking perhaps just this one time they'd have their stuff 2gether. NOT!! Meal was to be ready at 535...why did I leave out the window holding everybody up at 555. It was so bad they all disappeared from the drive thru. They guy behind me shut his lights and engine off. I literally ordered a sandwich with cheese. They messed it up over and over again. Then told me they didn't even have an item that was ordered. Fries FROZEN Unprofessional, unorganized courtesy out the window. They won't get my $ again. Chicka fil will get these dollars. I just added that app. Bye!!

This particular location has the best staff. They are always on point. I highly recommend it . Ordering using the mobile app so that you just provide a code at the drive-thru....They pass you right on over to the second window. All the employees are always super kind.Vegetarian options: You have apple slices as an option to fries...also I'm sure if you would ask for a grilled cheese, these sweet humans would hook you up, menu or no ?❤️?❤️???????? Parking: It's attached to a gas station on a corner lot of a highway so it's designed to move you in and out quickly!! No B.S EVER!Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and I believe bathroom, super clean btw.

Unbelievably rude and lazy staff. Whenever you try to order, the woman on the headset cuts you off and barely listens to what you said. I ordered breakfast online 20 minutes before breakfast ended, and they waited that whole 20 minutes to avoid making it. They also admitted they don't even start making it until after you show up, and they throw away all the breakfast items at 10:30, so there's no point in ordering online because you're still gonna have to wait that whole time. On top of that, they didn't even get the order right. Don't waste your time coming here. None of the employees know what they're doing.

It's McDonald's...you get what you pay for. Been waiting for over 5 minutes for a mobile app order and get asked what by a female employee as I'm waiting for by the window
They ignore their own hours of operation and close when they want at night sometimes 9:30 pm sometimes 10pm even though their hours state till 11pm. Having worked for the company before you are to serve customers till your closing times not whenever you feel Iike it. You have people who work all day and just want something quick when they get off their job. I shouldn't pull up at 10:15pm to be told "we closed " when hours listed for drive thru are till 11pm. We got Wrote up for doing that working at McDonald's.

No, not ever again. Stood at counter to place my order..they were too busy talking.Seen kiosk and say ok let's try them. Order placed, paying with cash. It told me to pick up a table number and have a seat.Go back to counter to wait for my order. Finally I say, "Excuse me" my receipt did not print, did you get my order. She says "IDK, LET ME LOOK".No they did not. Cause it was a cash transaction . Continued to say cash order only goes to the register and not to kitchen.

I came in for nuggets fries and ice cream, I left with a cheeseburger I've cream and fries. Not sure if anyone else likes the feeling of leaving your home on a rainy day for a snack only to return home without one, I don't. After opening the bag when I arrived home to see my order was not what I ordered I returned. The line is usually long whenever I come here so I pulled to the side of the drive thru line. I gave the lady my receipt and bag with burger back and simply wanted a refund for the nuggets. The person immediately said that she could not do it. I was not okay with this but she did offer me nuggets. I declined because I sat in line patiently and waited for my food the first time that I did not receive. My reasoning for this is that I trusted you to get it right the first time, my second trip will only ever be for a refund that I did not receive. I did let the lady know that I wanted nothing from them and pulled off and paid for nuggets again at another location. Out of 10 times this location has served me right maybe 4. Dear manger, from intercom, to window to pay, to window to pick up, I figure it's no more than 70-80 feet . If your staff cannot get it right with all of that technology I suppose you also need to learn how to train your people correctly. I have see may McDonald's close down and hopefully this one is next.
