The beignets are made to order and absolutely delicious. We also tried the Oreo, caramel pecan, sugar, and lemon filled donuts. They were good, but hands down the beignets are the reason we went back at midnight for 6 more! The dining room isn't open at that hour, but the drive through is. Also, a worker named Blaine was so charming and we chatted with him while we ate our sweets. I will definitely go again.
Greatest donuts ever! Must try! Definally a place to visit when in Thibodaux. Unfortunately their service has suffered since the move... If you go I recommend going inside. You'll still have to wait but it won't be as long as drive-through.

there's a lot I'm willing to wait 30 minutes in line on a Saturday morning for, but stringy, cold (???) donuts stuffed a half dozen in a bag so they can get squished and ruined on the way to the people I'm bringing them to is not one of them.
