Classic example of a franchise owner who has no concern for the quality of the brand they represent. Not only is the customer service here the worst I have ever seen, apparently those making drinks cannot read. Over the last week, I have ordered, sticker is correct on the cup, ingredients inside of said cup were completely wrong. Java Stop is the way to go if you want good people and a coffee made right the first time!!!

I haven't been to this location in a long time. I decided to go today to get a couple things, and when I ordered at the drive thru the woman taking the order sounded miserable and annoyed. I ordered, and got up to the window. The kid that was there was extremely rude, and instead of gently handing it to me like every other one I've gone to he forcefully pushed it into my hand. I've never been to a place with customer service THIS rude and awful. I NEVER leave reviews, but this place needs to hire people who are more friendly, and who don't act like everyone who comes to order stuff is a burden because they actually had to get out of bed.

I was in the drive thru ordering food and I had to think of what I wanted and then the manager told me that I’m holding up the line and taking forever to order so they made me order inside of the store. The manager and the workers are so rude and fresh. When they gave me my food they threw it on the counter and slid it hard to me. They are so rude I would suggest not to go to the Dunkin Donuts in feeding hills ma.

Out of all the Dunkin’s in Agawam this one in feeding hills is the worst. The staff here have terrible customer service, and are extremely rude. They will mess up your drink and get mad at you for *politely* asking to remake it. Apparently they also don’t have the ingredients to make your drink right. DONT come here.

This place has to be severely understaffed specifically in the evenings. There is no reason there should be a 10minute wait to get my order taken… with only one car ahead of me at the window at 7pm. Order taker was rude, and it took another 10 minutes to receive my order.The place closes at 9pm, work on getting more staff!

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unbelievably rude staff and management. Seems the owner doesn’t care to fix the issues. This place needs to clean house or be shut down! I’ve worked in restaurants for a long time & understand how stressful that industry can be but if you’re really that miserable, get another job. There is never an excuse for cursing/threatening paying customers. UNACCEPTABLE!

While I was ordering, the young lady sounded very miserable and unpleasant while taking my order. I came home and my bagel wasn't even toasted and Cream cheese just plopped on (not as I ordered it). Very disappointed.
