Their hours are 5am-9pm, but when I arrived a little after 5, the lobby was still closed. The only place where their hours of operation are posted is the drive-thru window. So, after 30+ minutes of waiting for them to open the lobby, I went to the window to ask if their hours of operation had changed cause I was genuinely confused. Tried to order on the app but it was down. Ordered and went to window got our food. Went to eat and drink it. The bagels weren't toasted and the coffee wasn't sweetend the right way. Had to bring it home and fix everything ourselves before we could go out.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for wheelchairs

I have a gluten allergy, so I couldn't take advantage of the free donut. Coffee seemed watered-down, so there wasn't much of a coffee flavor or cream flavor. It is a convenient place to go.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking that you can easily get out of the car and into a wheelchair. The doors automatically slide open, so you don't have to worry about having to find the handicap button.
