Every time I go is very friendly staff are wonderful indefinitely for fast food I love their burgers especially the new Nacho loaded Chicken that was so delicious but for whatever reason some restaurants have taken them down off the menu.If you have the app you could really save money especially with Dave's single or double for a dollar ,$2 a sandwich unbeatable from any other fast food chain restaurant the best Wendy's number one not even that flaming broil other guy can even touch lol enjoy Wendy's my number one fast food chain restaurant.

Had a mobile order, most of the order was missing. Went back in was told sorry we're out of chocolate frosty sorry no one told you. Had to get missing items was still missing some ended up just leaving. Food wasnt very warm and burger was a bit rubbery. Not great service. Several others were in waiting as well for messed up items.DONT EAT HERE!

You want to experience one of the worst quick service restaurants head here and then to McDonalds in Westfield then West Springfield.

I walked in, 2 people were there near register. One guy walked away and said it was his break. Another girl walked away and I watched her getting other orders ready and she didn't come back so after waiting awhile, I walked out.Poor service!

This Wendy’s is pretty quick and efficient. I was disappointed with the food. Their prices have increased and the food quality has decreased in my opinion. One of the chicken sandwiches had a large gristle piece and was tough/stringy. I tried the new iced coffee and it wasn’t bad, but too sweet.I would only return to get a frosty.

Worst Wendy's ever. Wait is always ridiculous. It's been 25 minutes for a mobile order and we're still waiting. The person on the speaker says there's only three people working. Finally got our food after an hour and it was nothing that we ordered. This place is a clown show.

Great place! Added cheese on a burger I asked for no cheese on but, unlike other fast food places they actually included the sauce. The food was hot and fresh. Highly suggest this Wendy's over others around!
