Had a mobile order, most of the order was missing. Went back in was told sorry we're out of chocolate frosty sorry no one told you. Had to get missing items was still missing some ended up just leaving. Food wasnt very warm and burger was a bit rubbery. Not great service. Several others were in waiting as well for messed up items.DONT EAT HERE!
This place is the worst. They have the worst service. Food is awful now. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. Food not made to order. Food not ready for mobile pick up. I could go on and on. You want to experience one of the worst quick service restaurants head here and then to McDonalds in Westfield then West Springfield.
