The most mid tea I’ve had from gong cha, I never thought it would be hard to mess up tea but this is my 3rd time going here and there’s always something off about my drink. Not to mention the last time I swear I saw a bug on one of the napkins on the table. This location is their weakest, i reccomend going to kung fu thats right across the street.

I went at 10:30pm, and ordered a peach slush. They guy at the counter tells me he won’t make it because it’s close to closing …What time do I have to come to grab a slush drink … they must not realize that there are seven other options for boba on the same street .. won’t be

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customers service. The drink tasted weird and I got attitude when I told the employees that it was off and ask for another drink. The drinks are over priced anyways. Just terrible.

Don’t believe the 5% cash discount bc you don’t get one. I asked for a pearl milk tea they charge extra for pearls… they are really out here charging extra for anything they can. Smh ?♂️

I come here pretty often, it's a nice boba and mochi donut store in allston. The interior is nice and there's lots of seats. The workers are pretty good but wait time is like 10 mins in the evenings. The last time I came here I think they forgot that I got light ice, because after I finished my drink the cup was still half full with ice.

It didn’t took much long for me to order. Staffs are alright.But I ordered Taro Slush but there was a weird blue thingy inside my drink and there are so many chuck of ice cubes in the slush, which should be blended. Some of the bobas were also too dry to chew as well
