“This is my favorite business in Amherst. The owner and her team are so friendly and helpful. The bowls are delicious; the freshest ingredients and so many options available. I have also tried their smoothies and they are delicious. If you order ahead of time, they keep it refrigerated until you get there. Highly recommend; you won’t be disappointed!“
“I got a Thai tea with soy milk and pearls... super tasty :) LOVE that they don't charge for soy milk, I really appreciate that as a vegan I'm only in Amherst for a short period of time, but this would be my tea spot if I lived here for sure! Very cute vibe. Can't wait to try more of their teas while I'm in town!“
“This was a great find for me with a fully vegan menu. The food was delicious and attractive. It had a variety of choices and everyone in our party had something different. Service was good. The atmosphere was good. We sat near the fireplace. It was a huge room, so not exactly cozy. I recommend this place. I was there three days after Christmas.“

I feel like I can walk in there any time of day and stress about my life, get a delicious drink, talk for a few minutes with Jenny and leave feeling like I just went to an hour long therapy session lol. Small businesses are so much more than just what they have to sell!“
“I love everything about wild roots! This is my go to spot for a great vegetarian lunch and a smoothie. The workers at the Deerfield location are so nice and always make their food to perfection. I've never had a bad meal here. Check them out if you're in the area!“
“What an excellent experience at Nourish: especially the food prep and service. The team appeared to be moving like a well-oiled machine. *Loved* the avocado toast with egg- it's much more complex and tasty than the name suggests. Also, try the cashew cheese- delightful! It is quite pricey but worth the mula. It's a bit of California right here Massachusetts. Like a quick, inexpensive vacation! :)“
“Delicious sandwiches and pastries! I am currently enjoying a sweet potato, carmalized onion, tempeh w/ dijon mustard on warm focaccia bread that is absolutely heavenly. I love what the humble peach has going on. They create in line with their name; crafting a small, well thought out and always delicious menu of sandwiches, sweet treats and smoothies.
