Worst dinning halls. Have chicken thigh and only chicken thigh in all dishes, from Ramen to Chinese to Middle Eastern cuisine to Wok. Sushi and Taco stations are closed on weekends.

My family ate at the Commonwealth Restaurant above the Worcester Dining Hall the evening before graduation. Everything from appetizers to dessert were absolutely delicious!! The menu had a variety of choices and the ambiance was simple but elegant. The staff were on top of everything and made us feel very welcome. I wish we had a chance before graduation to have tried this wonderful restaurant. It is not very large so I suggest making reservations.

Design over function. One of the best looking dining halls on campus. Unfortunately, it's impossible to find seating during normal eating hours, so have fun walking in circles for 15 minutes before finding a seat. I still go here often because of its convenient location.

We visited the Commonwealth Restaurant located in Worcester Commons at UMass Amherst. Literally don't know how this place isn't packed every night. With the convenient location, upscale decor and reasonable prices, this spot would have been my dream place to take my parents during my undergrad. The new spring menu is amazing. The short rib bruschetta was so flavorful, the chicken Milanese was crispy and delicious, and the salmon had the best crispy skin. UMass dining is #1 for a reason.

I was impressed with this dining hub at UMass Amherst. We also ate free because we were the family of a student. They had every kind of food you could want, served buffet style. There was everything from Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Italian, American style, salads and etc. It was very good and I recommend it. There was plenty of seating. Check it out.

Most amazing dining experience on a college campus!!!! There is a reason UMass has had the #1 Dining I. The country for the past 9 years. Incredible.
