I would like to ask Dunkin to give them an award for customer service to the two ladies on the shift. I am writing this review right after the visit so you can check the person on the shifts. They accomodated all our request.“

“The blonde woman whose been there a while, lori i believe, is a lovely woman. Every morning im miserable on my way to work for a living, and my minute in there getting my coffee from her is the only time during regular business hours that i use my genuine smile from happiness as opposed to my standard customer service smile. Her vibes set a great tone for the beginning of my day. Wyatt and Anne are extremely friendly and accommodating as well. You guys have a great team in that store. And whatever lori is making for her salary, she deserves more. She goes above and beyond.“

“The food and drinks are definitely what keeps me coming back but waiting 30-40 minutes for it is a bit unreasonable. If it wasn’t for that, they have five stars all the way. I hope they can figure out a better system to serve their customers in a more timely way, but otherwise, it’s truly my favorite place to go! The food and drinks are always delicious and my personal favorite is the açai bowl. I especially love taking my pup because summertime.“

I go here to study for school often and the coffee, whether it be a latte or their Quinny, is the best coffee I’ve ever had hands down. Not to mention their pastries and food are also astounding.“

“We stopped in while waiting for our tour of the Lizzie Borden house next door. The coffee was delicious and I loved the themed options they had! We met Joe the owner and he sat with us and gave a free history lesson for over an hour all about the town history, the Borden family and the haunted history of the coffee shop itself!Gave great insight…did Lizzie really do it??!!Stop in for great coffee and a great chat!“

“I adore this cute this place, not just because it’s down the street but the food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the dine in area is very quaint. I really like the couch area if I can get it, but always love a good latte by the window with a delicious pastry.“

“Went here for the first time a couple weeks back to try out the new coffee shop. The owner Rachel was extremely friendly and greeted customers upon arrival. The coffee it self was well priced and tasted delicious! The bakery items were well displayed with great presentation. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing, clam, and enjoyable. “I love stopping here. Their pastries are delicious and some are beautiful and a good variety too. The coffee is delicious and different varieties too. Though I wish they had clear to go cups so I could get better pictures. They have good sandwiches too. The Europa is delicious and a must try! “We stopped in there one day at the drive thru because the 7 Dunks that we past within less than 5 minutes from our house were backed up to the street. Drove right up to the speaker with no line. My expectations were low to say the least. But I needed my coffee fix stat and I was not willing to wait for what felt like all of America to run on Dunkin on this particular morning. When I got to the window the owner greeted us like he appreciated our business. Then we were greeted just as pleasantly by the lady that made our coffee. As I pulled away still smiling from the kind service we received, I took a hopeful sip from my cup. Surprisingly it was much better than any coffee in the area. Been back almost every day since with no complaints. It's a caffeinated crime that we still haven't had to wait in a ridiculous line. The quality and service are on another level! America can wait on Dunkin... we'll perk up with Pete's!“

“Went there the other day , got a sausage, egg & cheese on a Asiago bagel it was DELICIOUS!!!! My pistachio iced coffee with oat milk was also so yummy!!!! All the staff were very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. I’m definitely going back very soon. ❤️“

“Mission cold brew is amazing!! Both for their cause and for their menu choices. I had their Peanut Butter Brownie Ultimo today, and oh man!! Amazing. Also enjoyed a masterfully crafted leige waffle dusted with pumpkin spice infused powdered sugar. The environment is very nice, and inviting. Service can be a little backed up while they are busy, but everything is made to order. All recipes are crafted by the owners and staff. #everycupchangeslives Grab yourself an amazing cup, and a waffle, and hang out and play some games!!“

“Dined here for breakfast for the first time since the change to Mimi’s. Menu was reasonably priced and had a nice variety. My waitress was VERY sweet and accommodated my requests gladly. Kitchen got my order exactly as I wanted it. Food came out quickly and hot. I came on a not so busy Thursday morning. Free parking out back if there is room if you want to avoid the meters.“

“My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.“

“This place has such good smoothies and theyre very fresh. No matter which one i get they always taste good. Place is so cute and clean. Ordered to go and when I came it was ready and quick. “We've driven by the plaza a zillion times. Nick's has no sign, except a small hidden one over their door.We tried the Pizza - a small plain cheese. Terrific sweet sauce, plenty of cheese... delicious.We also tried their small Roast Beef sub. It's not your typical deli roast beef...it's real roasted beast, & it's toasted. Delicious!We're already planning our return!“

The manager is always on the floor when I come to this location as well, working with his employees & keeping the drive-thru line moving. “Not only are the employees very kind but the manager is the best of all, she's an angel. I got my frozen coffee made at another location and they messed it up twice so I came here and she fixed it no problem, just the way I like it. It was perfect. This is one of the best Dunkin donuts out there. Friendly service, good food and drinks at a good price. She and her employees are amazing!“

I think the previous review may have been mistaken about the location, they’re directly across from the little sitting area, NOT the corner by the parking lot. They make me a lemonade that’s lavender, rose and hibiscus that’s absolutely perfect.“

Example no Mozambique sauce on their chicken Mozambique brought out after. Some of the party said oversalted. Missing ingredients in salad. When you pay the prices asked you expect perfection. “I moved to this area about 3 years ago and have to commend the evening staff at this Starbucks. In particular the one with short gray hair, I believe their name was Hana (I think they are the manager or at least they should be). They have always been extremely pleasant and attentive even when busy and made me feel welcome to a new place all that time ago. Made my order and ensured I was satisfied. Beautifully made beverages (caramel and milk art) and truly goes the extra mile. They embody the atmosphere of what I think a coffee shop should feel like and service like this is what makes me want to come back. It’s amazing even in such a busy setting you remember my name and order.Overall Store is always clean and well kept and the evening staff may take a few extra minutes for my order but that is ok, because it’s made with care.“

“We stopped off as our 4 year old needed the restrooms, the guy was very helpful and said we don’t need to buy anything and to help ourselves.However, out of courtesy I felt obliged to buy some donuts and coffee. But I saw all the good reviews here, so I decided to give it a shot. I got a McChicken sandwich and let me tell you. The food was hot, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! The fries had the right amount of salt and the people were friendly. Not to mention fast service!!!! I came on a Monday morning around 11:30 I'm willing to drive out of my way just to make sure I come to this McDonald's!! ALSO I WAS ABLE TO GET A SODA, MEDIUM FRY AND CHICKEN SANDWICH FOR UNDER $10!!!! WIN, WIN, WINNNNN!“
