“Great service. June and the other lady ( was unable to get name of the other lady) there was super sweet and really polite. I would like to ask Dunkin to give them an award for customer service to the two ladies on the shift. I am writing this review right after the visit so you can check the person on the shifts. They accomodated all our request.“

“The blonde woman whose been there a while, lori i believe, is a lovely woman. Every morning im miserable on my way to work for a living, and my minute in there getting my coffee from her is the only time during regular business hours that i use my genuine smile from happiness as opposed to my standard customer service smile. Her vibes set a great tone for the beginning of my day. Wyatt and Anne are extremely friendly and accommodating as well. You guys have a great team in that store. And whatever lori is making for her salary, she deserves more. She goes above and beyond.“

“finally stopped in and everything was great! I got the gluten free donut (the mochi I think its called) and it was delicious! my daughter loved her chocolate frosted fruity pebbles donut (which came free with my coffee!). they have different specials on different days. we will definitely be back! lady at the counter was super sweet and informative.“

“My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.“

“The staff here are the best. They are always laughing & getting along with each other. The manager is always on the floor when I come to this location as well, working with his employees & keeping the drive-thru line moving. My coffee is always great & I never hold up the drive-thru when ordering a lot of food. That's something I'll go inside for & it's never a long wait.Vegetarian options: They have veggie egg bites.“

“I'm rating this compared to other dunkins and fast food places but it's Dunkin donuts we're new England we love Dunkin but it's not a restaurant it's fast food the Dunkin next to stop and shop is probably one of the best ones tho ,their usually always fast don't don't mess up orders or have attitudes, usually no line or of their is a line it's short“

“Not only are the employees very kind but the manager is the best of all, she's an angel. I got my frozen coffee made at another location and they messed it up twice so I came here and she fixed it no problem, just the way I like it. It was perfect. This is one of the best Dunkin donuts out there. Friendly service, good food and drinks at a good price. She and her employees are amazing!“

“This coffee shop reminds me of an antique dunkin donuts. The chain never evolved from the 90’s. The food is real good (I ordered sausage/egg/cheese on everything bagel). Service is great and staff is kind. Coffee is better than most places. Prices are comparable to DD which makes me wonder why the place has rusty table and chair legs as well as wood on the walls. The establishment is old but they continue to acquire customers because food and service are great.“

“We stopped off as our 4 year old needed the restrooms, the guy was very helpful and said we don’t need to buy anything and to help ourselves.However, out of courtesy I felt obliged to buy some donuts and coffee. They were lovely tasting and the lattes were really tasty!Thanks again to the lovely staff here.“

“Very fast experience especially when it’s first thing in the morning and everybody wants their coffee lol food was made hot was in the drive-through no longer than 2 and 1/2 which is great for the morning rush.
