Service was terrible. We ordered a mango dragon fruit frozen lemonade, they gave us a mango dragon fruit slushy. When we tried the slushy it tasted like a terrible metallic taste. We told the lady and she gave us a new one and she checked the machine and there was a big mold build up.

Soft serve machine was broken but they didn’t tell us until after we ordered and they gave us spoiled ice cream. Politely asked for a refund and they would not - very rude and bad customer service

The staff did not accept a small order for pretzel nuggets. They wanted us to buy a big one. Poor customer experience.

The lady behind the desk was rude. We waited 5 minutes for her and another women with headphones on to finish what they were doing. Didn't even say hi just gave us a death look till we ordered.

I was in Hyannis today when the craving for a soft pretzel hit, so I ran into the mall. If you're never been, Auntie Anne's sells hand rolled, baked soft pretzels in a variety of flavors, such as Original (dipped in butter and sprinkled with salt). Cinnamon Sugar,Sour Cream and Onion, Cinnamon Raisin, Almond, Garlic Parmesan, Jalapeno (with actual cut up jalapeno peppers on it) and Pepperoni (with cheese sprinkles, and actual slices of pepperoni stuck on the pretzel). They also have pretzel sticks and nuggets, which are smaller size pieces of either original or cinnamon sugar flavors. They have dips for your pretzels, if you desire.Choose cheese, hot salsa cheese, caramel, marinara, light cream cheese, or a sweet, white glaze. Also, you can get a pretzel dog, (which is just what it sounds like: pretzel dough wrapped around a hot dog, salted, and then baked).Beverages are Cola-Cola soda products, lemonade, frozen lemonade, or water. When I made it to Auntie Anne's, they were all out of the full sized Original pretzels, and said they wouldn't have more for a while, so I opted for original pretzel sticks, and requested extra salt (because I find that when I buy them, most of the salt has fallen off). They tasted fresh, with just the salt level I wanted. They cost around $4, and you get 6 big sticks for the price. Service was very friendly, and fast. Sure, you can buy frozen soft pretzels for less, and bake them at home, but when you want it faster, this is not a bad treat once in a while. Thumbs up!
