Soft serve machine was broken but they didn’t tell us until after we ordered and they gave us spoiled ice cream. Politely asked for a refund and they would not - very rude and bad customer service
The lady behind the desk was rude. We waited 5 minutes for her and another women with headphones on to finish what they were doing. Didn't even say hi just gave us a death look till we ordered.

Service was terrible. We ordered a mango dragon fruit frozen lemonade, they gave us a mango dragon fruit slushy. When we tried the slushy it tasted like a terrible metallic taste. We told the lady and she gave us a new one and she checked the machine and there was a big mold build up.
