The order was charged wrong. The cashier could not refund it, he did not know how. He gave us a muffin to compensate. We said okay. We then picked up our two breakfast sandwiches. Sat down bit into them, no sausage. We went to the counter, the woman kept saying it was stock. Did not know what that meant. Someone else came and said it was, out of stock. We said we did not want to have them without it. They tossed mine, (gave us a refund) for one) and added bacon to my husbands....read full review
Ailine was a wonderful & welcoming hostess! And when our order was wrong she promptly corrected it no questions asked. Super friendly & made our experience wonderful! Our sandwiches were delicious & that blood orange drink is delicious! Thank you for everything!

Panera has some of the best takeout food out there. The pastries are really quite delicious. They offer plenty of healthier food alternatives than most places.The problem that I found here, like many other places, is the employee turnover. Which really can effect the food coming out of the kitchen.
