“OMG! This place was awesome!!! Came here for lunch and what a gem! Love the atmosphere and decor of a small diner. Service was excellent and the food was so fresh and delicious. Parking is a bit trickery because of the location. We actually parked in the CVS parking lot and walked across. But definitely if in the area make sure to stop in. Only place to find Crazy Noodles which my husband couldn't stop talking about. Mixture of large noodles with fresh veggies.“

“Grasshopper has been the anchor tenant of Boston's "Vegan Corner"- this place is an institution. Their monthly buffets are legendary. When I lived in the suburbs, friends and I would drive and/or bike, sometimes an hour or more, to get dinner here. When I was lucky enough to live close by, I was really appreciative of their relatively late opening and takeout hours and kind service. To top it off, the whole, large menu is 100% plant based. Now, living in a different state, whenever I visit Boston, I try to at least get a meal there for nutrition, taste, and nostalgia!Vegetarian options: That entire menu is veganDietary restrictions: Entire menu is vegan. Do ask about gluten and nuts.Kid-friendliness: I've seen families enjoying dine-in here.“

“The menu has so much selection that makes you wonder about the quality, however was most definitely nor the case. If you go for any of their salads then be prepared that it's going to be huge. The food was absolutely delicious. For other dishes such as stuffed mushrooms or bacon scallops they are not as big but still more than “

“We just moved to Watertown after living in Cambridge for years and years. We are trying to round up our go to's, and NUMBER ONE TASTE is on top of that list. For American style Chinese food, including spare ribs on the bone, it doesn't get any better than this“

“My family has been going here for a long time. There have been times when dishes weren’t as good as we expected them to be, but for the most part their food is good.My favorite dishes are the vegetarian leek pie (it’s not really leek, it’s a vegetable called 韭菜, “chinese chives”), any dumplings, smoked taiwanese-style duck, moo shi, bean curd with green mustard, chinese squash with nagaimo, and pork and pickled napa hotpot.I like their eggplant with pork or basil, but sometimes there’s way too much oil (the eggplant will be swimming in oil soup). I also prefer my beef scallion pancake rolls with scallion inside, not leek, so I would keep that in mind if that’s a dish you order at other restaurants. Anyway, I recommend ordering different dishes to see what you like! Their menu is quite extensive.“

“This place is FANTASTIC! I used their website rather than grubhub, and loved all the different option selections. They also really listened to me on the phone when I specified one particular dietary item, because it arrived perfectly and precisely at the time given. They’ve more than earned my loyal business, and only wish I had 10 stars to give. Check this place out, and talk to them on the phone if you’re worried. They followed my directions to the letter!Dietary restrictions: It’s not a restriction, but I like only a tiny bit of cheese on my pizza, and they were so kind about what I saw as an odd request.“

“Ginger tea was fab. Ran out of Maine beer. Fresh spring rolls were disappointing with little flavor, mostly lettuce with mint leaves on the outside & a thick sticky sauce with crushed peanut on top that was just ok & had to ask for 2 additional containers as portion was skimpy. Dumplings were average. Massaman curry was tasty. Sauce was a bit thin over the tasty rice. Curry was seved in an elevated crock pot designed to have heat source underneath, which was non existant. Not as good as previous Thai place there but will try again & pick different items. Seating is a bit on top of each other but expected at these small places.“

“The drunken noodles with tofu (and I leave out the oyster/fish sauce) is delicious! I've had it probably 15 times in the past year. One of my favorite things to get in Belmont. And everyone is always really friendly too!Vegetarian options: Several good options for plant-forward eaters.“

“Panera has some of the best takeout food out there. The pastries are really quite delicious. They offer plenty of healthier food alternatives than most places. The problem that I found here, like many other places, is the employee turnover. Which really can effect the food coming out of the kitchen.“
