“530 tonite i stopped by to pickup food... wasnt too busy and i had a young kid take my orders and told him what i wanted.....while waiting i noticed the staff was mostly fooling around while working with our food telling other staff "hey smell this! putting their hands right up to their noses and patting them on the backs trying to get whatever was on their hands onto their clothes etc....i was a bit turned off by that.....i got my subs and went home....discovered both were made wrong! if they werent fooling around so much maybe he would of heard me the 1st time and got it right....$30 for nothing! no stars from me tonite!”

“Great little hole in the wall pizza shop, it's the best pizza in the area out of the 5 places I've tried. The crust is top notch, crispy like North end italian style and the sauce, cheese and meats were all good quality and cooked to perfection. This is now my go to place for pizza in the area.”

I live near some very expensive Italian restaurants & their menus iare skimpy comoared to the choices at Strombolis. The iwner is always friendly, showing his appreciation to his customers. Like in any restaurants even in top notch sometimes an order is wrong but open your mouth & the owner will make it right. Been coming here for years. Atmosphere is like a pizza joint but dont let it fool you. The atmosphere keeps the prices reasonable”

“we just got take out from the Billerica 99s and our meal was wrong . We called just to see if they could make us another one and they went above and beyond to make up for it. They made us a whole new order, gave our money back and gave us a free dessert! I l know things happen and food isn't always the way it should be during take out but I appreciate the fact they went above what they could of to replace it. @billerica”

“Souped up was at Dirigible Brewery. Got the Potato Leek soup, Mac and Cheese Brisket Bowl and Tatchos Tots which were all very good. Easy ordering through mobile with notification when it was ready. Very good value I thought. Highly recommend.”

They were clear on what they could and couldn’t guarantee, and the final result was delicious—crispy, slightly chewy in the best way, and the toppings were fresh. Big thanks to the driver was polite, called when he arrived, and even waited an extra minute when I had trouble locating my wallet. Reliable spot for weeknight dinners.”

“One of my favourite food outlets, when in Massachusetts you simply must try the lobster mac and cheese. Their kitchen sink cookies are another delicious treat. Their drinks are refillable”
